Toryukai Karate-do San Francisco
Toryukai Karate-do is a traditional Shotokan Karate style and a member of both the Shotokan Karate-Do International Federation - US and the Shotokan Karate International Federation Japan.
The "To" and "Ryu" in Toryukai together mean "Winter Dragon". The symbol of the dragon in Japanese culture has many meanings, however the "Ryu" dragon lore is most often associated with a God of water and is representative of the fluidity and adaptability learned from Karate training.

Training is on Tuesday & Thursday evenings 7:30PM to 9:00PM (Tuesday evenings start in April)
